We operate a cancellation policy for all our services. We require 24 hours’ notice should you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment. All appointments that are cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will be rescheduled at no cost to the client.

Please understand that appointments are limited. In an event of missing an appointment or failing to cancel the appointment 24 hours or more before the scheduled time, you will be charged a service cost of £50. Please note that in the event of missing your appointment or failing to cancel your appointment, the cost is incurred by the customer and not by the insurance company.

Cancelling an Appointment

If you are unable to attend your appointment or would like to reschedule, please notify us by calling 07788994637 or emailing: info@apexultrasound.uk, at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. We will gladly make every effort to accommodate your request.
